EURO POLYMERS UP-133
EURO POLYMERS UP-133, distributed by the Euro Paint Vietnam brand, is a premium one-component, cold-applied Polyurethane-based waterproofing solution. It cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture to form a continuous, tough and highly elastic waterproofing membrane with strong adhesion to the structure’s surface, completely preventing water ingress.
The product belongs to the specialized POLYURETHANE-based waterproofing paint line, within Euro Paint Vietnam’s comprehensive waterproofing paint solutions for every project.

KEY FEATURES

APPLICATION AREAS
- Waterproofing concrete roof slabs, rooftops and balconies (with a protective layer or exposed top coat).

- Waterproofing basement outer walls, elevator pits, flower beds and water tanks.
- Maintaining and restoring degraded existing waterproofing layers for residential and industrial projects.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- Optimal application temperature between 5 – 35°C.
- The concrete surface must be dry, with surface moisture < 8%.
- Do not apply when rain is imminent, when air humidity exceeds 85% or when the surface has standing water.
- Avoid applying under direct harsh sunlight when the surface temperature is above 40°C.
APPLICATION TOOLS
- Specialized high-pressure paint sprayer.
- Roller: use a solvent-resistant roller.
- Hand brush and notched trowel: for large areas, wall bases and pipe collars.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The concrete must be at least 28 days old, with a minimum compressive strength of 25 MPa.
- Thoroughly clean dust, grease, peeling old paint and weak mortar.
- Fill surface defects, honeycombing and large cracks with a specialized repair mortar.
- The surface must be clean, flat and completely dry before priming.
PRIMING
Use the specialized primers recommended by Euro Paint Vietnam (such as Euro Polymers UP-100 Primer or EP-200 Primer) depending on the surface condition. Apply the primer evenly over the surface and let it dry completely (4 – 24 hours) before applying EURO POLYMERS UP-133.
TOP COAT APPLICATION
- Stir the product well with a low-speed mixer for 2 – 3 minutes before use.
- Apply 2 to 3 coats of EURO POLYMERS UP-133, with a total recommended coverage of 1.2 – 1.5 kg/m².
- Apply the first coat evenly across the primed surface.
- Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first once the previous coat is surface-dry (usually after 6 – 24 hours).
