EURO POLYMERS EP-250 PRIMER, manufactured and distributed by the Euro Paint Vietnam brand, is a 2-component, solvent-free, moisture-tolerant epoxy primer that penetrates and strengthens damp or highly porous concrete surfaces while boosting the adhesion of subsequent coatings.
