ECORO DK-4500S, distributed by Europaint Vietnam, is a premium two-component epoxy-based stone adhesive and rebar anchoring resin. KEY FEATURES

APPLICATION SCOPE

• Adhering granite, marble, and engineered stone to exterior facades, elevator surrounds, concrete columns, and vertical walls.

• Fixing large-format ceramic and porcelain tiles onto concrete slabs or masonry walls.

• Sealing and repairing concrete cracks and structural load-bearing joints.

• Anchoring reinforcing rebar and threaded studs into concrete or solid stone.

• Rigid bonding of ceramics, metals, timber, and precast concrete elements.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

• Optimal ambient and substrate temperature range: 10°C to 35°C.

• Substrates must be thoroughly dry, clean, and free of standing water.

• Avoid application during rainfall or on excessively damp substrates.

APPLICATION TOOLS

• Notched trowel / Flat plastering trowel.

• Putty knife / Plastic spreader.

• Handheld electric mixer fitted with a small paddle attachment.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Substrates (concrete, stone, tile) must be completely clean and free from dust, grease, loose mortar, old coatings, or contaminants.

• Concrete substrates must be structurally sound, fully cured (minimum 28 days), and mechanically profiled or roughened to enhance mechanical keying.

• Remove all residual dust using compressed air or industrial vacuum cleaners prior to adhesive application.

2-COMPONENT EPOXY APPLICATION

• Mix Component A and Component B thoroughly according to the manufacturer’s specified ratio (typically 1:1 or as stated on the product packaging).

• Blend with a mechanical paddle mixer or manually with a trowel until a uniform color and consistency are achieved.

• Using a notched trowel or putty knife, spread the mixed ECORO DK-4500S evenly onto the receiving substrate or the back of the stone/tile.

• Press the element firmly into place and make necessary alignment adjustments within the open time window (approx. 30–45 minutes).

• Allow the adhesive to fully cure (12 to 24 hours) before grouting or subjecting the installation to structural loads.

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

• 1.5 – 3.0 kg/m² (Varies depending on substrate evenness, tile/stone dimensions, and applied adhesive thickness).

PACKAGING & STORAGE

• Packaging: 10 kg kit, 20 kg kit (Component A + Component B).

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and heat sources (5°C to 30°C).

• Shelf life is 12 months from manufacture date in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
