EURO POLYMERS EL-469, manufactured and distributed by the Euro Paint Vietnam brand, is a 2-component, solvent-free, self-leveling epoxy base coat that cost-effectively levels and repairs uneven or pitted concrete surfaces before the finishing coat is applied.
