EURO POLYMERS PU-HF

Euro Polymers PU-HF is a solvent-free, 4-component, self-leveling, seamless polyurethane coating suitable for concrete floors in dry environments, at a thickness of 3 mm – 6 mm.

FEATURES

Dense, matte, seamless and watertight finished surface.
High abrasion resistance and thermal-shock resistance.
Fast drying after coating; light foot traffic is possible after 12 hours.
Resists organic acids, dilute mineral acids, vegetable and animal fats, petroleum and solvents.
High mechanical abrasion resistance.
Withstands hot water and steam (during floor cleaning).
Complies with HACCP requirements.
Easy to keep the floor surface clean and to maintain.
Odorless, so it does not contaminate food.
No ignition or fire hazard.
Temperature range from –25°C to +80°C.
4 mm thickness: withstands +70°C to –15°C.
6 mm thickness: withstands +80°C to –25°C.

APPLICATION AREAS

Suitable for areas frequently exposed to strong cleaning chemicals at high temperatures and requiring high mechanical abrasion and thermal-shock resistance, such as dairy processing plants, food & beverage plants, seafood processing, cold storage, chemical plants, and more.
